THIS says it all!!

I had heard from friends that this dentist is very fair and gives you choices about what to do so I set up an appointment to check on my situation. The lady answering the phone and the assistant in the room were nice and filled me in before doing anything. The dentist told me what was going on and gave me options about what to do and when to do it-no pressure. After the dentist left the room, I talked to the assistant (I can't remember her name) and she said that she had been with the office for 9 years! also two other ladies were in the office for more than 20 years and another woman has been there for 7 years. My experience with medical offices is that the length of time that the staff has been there gives the best read on the office. I have never heard of any medical office with all of the workers being there for over 7 years!! WHEN OFFICE STAFF STAYS FOR YEARS, THERE IS A GOOD REASON!!
